Role Overview
The Program Manager, Inclusive Excellence is responsible for ensuring equitable practices across Merit America’s operations. This role focuses on executing IE strategy through data analysis, project management, and collaborative initiatives to close gaps for both learners and staff. Reporting to the Director of Inclusive Excellence, the position dedicates 70-80% of its time to IE strategy and 20-30% to staff learning and development in partnership with the Director of Learning & People Experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute Programs and Initiatives: Manage end-to-end IE projects, design experiments, document learnings, and create operational tools.
- Design Learning Experiences: Partner on creating and delivering training modules, facilitating live sessions, and developing accessible materials.
- Build Data Systems: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor IE metrics and perform qualitative/quantitative analyses.
- Embed Inclusive Excellence: Act as a consultative point for IE across teams, support affinity groups, and coordinate interventions.
Skills and Competencies
Candidates should be committed to Merit America’s mission, demonstrate strong project management and data analysis skills, apply an inclusive lens to business strategies, and be passionate about fostering a diverse, equitable workplace. Experience in learning design, facilitation, and change management is an asset.
