Job Description
Position Summary
The Associate Implementation Analyst will lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by MeridianLink. This role manages client expectations, meets timelines, and acts as a liaison between clients and internal company departments. The analyst will educate clients on software capabilities and communicate customer enhancement ideas to the Product organization.
Expected Duties
- Gather core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents.
- Provide and review product workbooks.
- Responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting third-party issues.
- Support client validation configuration.
- Develop a growing understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients.
- Adhere to project schedules and effectively ensure all project resources meet expected timelines.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Entry-level professional within the subject area.
- Requires basic skill set and proficiency.
- Conduct work assignments as directed.
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Ability to perform client/third-party onboarding activities.
- Ability to shadow and assist SIS in configuration and UAT implementation activities.
