As a Spanish Audio Specialist AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of conversational AI by ensuring our models meet the highest standards of clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational flow, specifically within the Spanish language context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute role-play-based evaluation scenarios that accurately simulate realistic customer service interactions across a variety of domains, including flight bookings, travel support, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
  • Actively contribute to the development of diverse and representative datasets essential for thoroughly assessing conversational audio agents.
