We’re looking for a highly skilled Polish voice acting professional who can bring nuance, clarity, and authenticity to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, record and evaluate Polish speech samples, and provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression to strengthen voice models.
Key Responsibilities
- Record scripted material with nuance, clarity, and authenticity in Polish.
- Assess AI-generated speech outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness.
- Annotate errors and provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression.
- Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines.
- Help shape the next generation of AI voices that will speak to millions worldwide.
Who You Are
You are a highly skilled Polish voice acting professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for shaping advanced AI. You thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment and are committed to delivering high-quality linguistic feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Polish is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work.
- Clear communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A high-quality recording setup, including a reliable microphone and a quiet environment.
- Ability to supply a secure computer and stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a significant plus.
Work Arrangement & Compensation
This is a remote, contract position. We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary. As a contractor, company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
