Meridial Marketplace, by Invisible, is seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Chinese Voice Acting Specialist - AI Trainer who can bring nuance, clarity, and authenticity to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, record and evaluate Mandarin Chinese speech samples, and provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression to strengthen voice models.
Key Responsibilities
- Record scripted material in Mandarin Chinese with nuanced expression.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness.
- Annotate errors and provide expert feedback on pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression.
- Collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Demonstrated experience in professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work.
- Clear communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess a high-quality recording setup, including a reliable microphone and a quiet environment.
- Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus.
Work Environment and Compensation
This is a remote, contract position offering a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined by your experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you will be responsible for supplying a secure computer, high-quality microphone and recording setup, and a stable internet connection. Company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
