We’re looking for a Japanese-Korean Bilingual AI Trainer who can bring linguistic precision, cultural knowledge, and critical thinking to training data. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, evaluate translations and conversations between Japanese and Korean, and provide structured feedback to improve accuracy, fluency, and cultural alignment.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated translations and annotate errors.
- Assess responses for naturalness and context in both languages.
- Collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.
- Verify terminology, test conversational flow, and ensure accurate rendering of idiomatic expressions and domain-specific language.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both Japanese and Korean, with strong reading, writing, and communication skills in each.
- Experience in translation, interpretation, localization, or linguistics is a strong plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to clearly explain linguistic or cultural nuances.
Working as a Contractor
We offer a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor, you’ll supply a secure computer and reliable internet connection; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
