That training data begins with you—your professional insights will help power the next generation of AI.
We’re looking for a highly skilled graphic design professional with deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development. You’ll collaborate with advanced AI tools, review model-generated design content, and provide expert feedback on accuracy, style, usability, and adherence to design principles across both print and digital formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze AI-generated graphics for composition and visual reasoning.
- Evaluate AI model output, annotating design errors accurately.
- Assess typography, color usage, and adherence to design principles.
- Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency with industry-standard design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Deep experience in visual communication, layout design, and color systems.
- Strong creative judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills.
Highly Valued Skills
- Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX related work.
- Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics.
- Additional skills in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
This is a remote contract position offering a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you will supply your own secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
