Meridial Marketplace, by Invisible, is developing a geospatial reasoning agent focused on Crisis Response—helping AI systems understand, assess, and predict real-world events where data is uncertain or incomplete. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding model development and evaluation, laying the foundation for future geospatial reasoning and forecasting applications.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for geospatial scenarios.
- Identify analytical weaknesses within AI models.
- Design metrics and test cases to advance model understanding and predictive accuracy.
- Review geospatial scenarios and validate model outputs regularly.
- Define and refine reasoning frameworks for AI systems.
- Collaborate with the team to improve data-driven evaluations.

We seek experts with deep experience in geospatial analysis, crisis response, or related domains such as damage assessment, agriculture, site selection, supply chain optimization, or forecasting. Ideal candidates bring professional experience in geospatial analysis, GIS systems, or spatial modeling within industries like crisis management, logistics, or environmental planning. Proficiency with geospatial tools and libraries (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, PostGIS) is preferred. Strong reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex spatial relationships clearly are essential.
