What You'll Do

As a Dutch Speaking STEM AI Trainer, you will engage with advanced language models on complex topics across mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, data science, computer science, and scientific computing. Your responsibilities include:

• Challenging AI models on subjects like thermodynamics, mechanics, calculus, statistics, materials science, electronics, algorithm design, and quantitative modeling.
• Documenting every failure mode to enhance model reasoning and robustness.
• Conversing with models on real-world STEM problem-solving scenarios and theoretical technical questions.
• Verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
• Capturing reproducible error traces for further analysis.
• Suggesting improvements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Who You Are

We are looking for STEM specialists who possess a deep passion for their field. Ideal candidates will have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise through published research, engineering design experience, data analysis projects, or coding portfolios.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills, emphasizing "showing your work" in problem-solving.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
