Role Overview - VP, Client Service

As our VP, Client Service, you will lead internal teams in client engagements, introduce new omnichannel solutions, and nurture lasting client-agency relationships. You are expected to inspire strategic and creative recommendations using deep industry knowledge, including expertise with platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce.

  • Create and manage strong client partnerships with quality work and proactive ideation.
  • Navigate enterprise organizations to expand agency opportunities.
  • Drive organic growth and financial results while leading integrated teams.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, consultant, and trusted partner to senior clients.
  • Oversee forecasting, revenue growth, and maintain financial health of relationships.

  • 7-10 years of client management experience with digital business solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel marketing and digital platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
