Role Description
In the role of Sr. Director, Brand Strategy, you will lead and innovate across strategic areas within our consumer & lifestyle business. Your focus is to drive brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and shopper-centric strategies that enhance the consumer journey from awareness to purchase.
Responsibilities
- Develop shopper-centric and path-to-purchase strategies.
- Bridge brand strategy with shopper insights across omnichannel platforms.
- Direct research and analysis using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions for executive leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and integrate services across MERGE.
- Leverage AI and modern strategic tools for brand and shopper strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in a marketing agency, with focus on shopper and brand strategy.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role with executive presentation experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and data-driven insights.
- Expertise in strategic tools and workshop facilitation.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $157,000 - $199,500 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, flexible time off, and more.
