About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
The candidate should have over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated mentoring skills in a start-up environment. You must be able to transform vague goals into clear, repeatable programs, provide clear and actionable feedback, and balance one-on-one mentoring with organizational initiatives.
