Role Overview

The Ongoing Due Diligence Enablement Manager role is a high-impact opportunity. You will lead and scale the ODD Enablement function by overseeing an existing Quality Control (QC) team and building a new Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building new functions from scratch, and values quality, learning, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the ODD Enablement function integrating QC and L&D teams.
  • Establish team structure, policies and workflows for ongoing improvement.
  • Manage and mentor senior individual contributors including hiring new team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external BPO partners.
  • Track and report on enablement initiatives using data and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in L&D, quality control, or enablement roles, ideally in startups.
  • 2+ years in people management with experience developing senior ICs.
  • Experience partnering with BPO teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
