Role Summary
The Executive Business Partner role is high visibility, supporting the CEO by managing complex schedules, strict confidentiality, and ensuring efficiency through proactive problem-solving. The role involves overseeing calendar management, email gatekeeping, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complex calendar management and scheduling.
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and ensure prioritization.
- Anticipate and prepare the CEO for meetings and events.
- Liaise with Board members and external executives.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, travel, and event arrangements.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant team to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in high-growth technology startups.
- Exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Comfort with handling sensitive information and proactive problem solving.
- A willingness to embrace new ideas and iterate on processes.
Compensation & Benefits
The role includes a competitive base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and comprehensive benefits. Salary is based on location and experience with ranges competitive in the SaaS and fintech industry.
