Overview

As the Chief Audit Officer, you will establish and lead the independent assurance program, working closely with the Board and Audit Committee to ensure financial, operational, and technical resilience.
Responsibilities
- Define the audit vision and strategy with a risk-based approach.
- Provide independent evaluations on risk management and governance.
- Oversee technical and operational audits across business processes.
- Validate product workflows and financial controls for accuracy.
- Engage with partner banks and regulators to ensure compliance.
- Implement continuous, data-driven monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Risk teams for remediation.
Candidates Should Have
- Proven leadership in building or scaling internal audit functions.
- Technical fluency in cloud-native and remote-first environments.
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes and engaging regulators.
