Chief Audit Officer

As the Chief Audit Officer, you will establish and lead our independent assurance program to ensure financial, operational, and technical resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Audit Vision by establishing a risk-based internal audit strategy.
• Provide Independent Assurance to the Board and Audit Committee on risk management and controls.
• Audit the Stack by overseeing technical and operational audits.
• Validate the "Magic" by ensuring smooth product workflows and financial controls.
• Bridge the Regulatory Gap by engaging with partner banks and regulators.
• Automate Oversight with continuous, data-driven monitoring systems.
• Drive Meaningful Remediation in collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Risk teams.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, technical fluency in a cloud-native environment, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. You must have the independence to deliver tough insights and the ability to communicate clearly across diverse groups. This role balances safeguarding integrity with enabling innovative growth.
