The Role: Account Development Manager
As an early member of our Account Development team, you will drive product adoption, prevent customer churn, and boost revenue growth. You will work directly with Mercury customers, engaging at key moments in their journey to convert satisfied customers into power users.
What You’ll Do
- Identify high-potential accounts using product-usage data, lifecycle triggers, and predictive scoring.
- Exceed monthly expansion goals by building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Design smart outreach campaigns combining data insights, account research, and discovery.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to test, learn, and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Champion customer feedback by collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years experience in Growth Sales, Account Management, or Customer Expansion roles, preferably in FinTech.
- An effective communicator who can translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- A proven record of exceeding upsell targets in a high-velocity environment.
- A process builder who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly to new insights.
- Passionate about shaping the future of modern financial services.
Compensation & Benefits
