Role Overview
As an early member of our Account Development team, you will turn today’s satisfied customers into tomorrow’s power users. This role focuses on expanding product adoption, preventing churn, and driving revenue growth by engaging directly with Mercury customers.
What You Will Do
- Identify high-propensity accounts using product-usage data, lifecycle triggers, and predictive scoring models.
- Exceed monthly expansion goals by building a robust pipeline.
- Design smart outreach strategies combining data insights and targeted engagements.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to refine our go-to-market playbook.
- Master and help evolve internal tools to manage a high-velocity pipeline.
- Champion customer feedback to influence product roadmap and strategy.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years in Growth Sales, Account Management, or Customer Expansion roles, ideally in FinTech.
- A compelling communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts.
- A proven track record in exceeding upsell targets in a high-velocity environment.
- A builder with a mindset for creating and iterating on processes in a fast-growing team.
- Action-oriented, thriving in ambiguity, and passionate about shaping modern financial services.
Total Rewards
