Key Responsibilities

  • Identify high-propensity accounts using product-usage data and predictive scoring.
  • Exceed monthly expansion goals by building a robust pipeline.
  • Create scalable outreach using data insights and targeted engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine go-to-market playbook.
  • Champion customer feedback to influence product roadmap and strategy.

Who You Are

You bring 2–4 years of Growth Sales, Account Management, or Customer Expansion experience (FinTech is a plus). You are a compelling communicator who simplifies complex concepts into clear value propositions for founders and finance teams, and you have a proven track record exceeding upsell targets in a high-velocity environment.

Your builder’s mindset, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity will be key as you iterate and innovate within a fast-growing team. A passion for FinTech or banking and a drive to shape modern financial services completes your profile.

Compensation and Rewards

This role includes a competitive base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. Salary ranges vary by location with US employees in major cities receiving between $119,400 and $134,300, while others receive between $107,500 and $120,900.
