About the Role

As an early member of our Account Development team, you will turn today’s satisfied customers into tomorrow’s power users, expanding product adoption, preventing churn, and driving meaningful revenue growth. You will work with a wide range of Mercury customers, providing a human touch at the right moment in their journey. Success is measured through growth metrics focused on product adoption and account expansion, while channeling critical product feedback to guide our roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify high-propensity accounts using product-usage data and predictive scoring.
  • Consistently exceed monthly expansion goals with a robust pipeline.
  • Design smart outreach combining data insights, account research, and discovery.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to refine our go-to-market playbook.
  • Champion customer voice by channeling feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of quota-carrying Growth Sales, Account Management, or Customer Expansion experience.
  • Compelling communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding upsell targets in a high-velocity environment.
  • Process-oriented with a builder’s mindset for fast-growing teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about FinTech or modern financial services.

Compensation & Benefits
