Position Summary

The Product Manager will drive discovery, experimentation, vision, strategy, and delivery for one of Mercury Insurance's technical products. This role covers the entire insurance value chain, enabling frictionless customer and agent experiences during shopping, quoting, servicing, and claims processing, as well as underwriting insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify and understand user needs.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Analytics, and Engineering on experiments and opportunity mapping.
• Develop product strategy, roadmaps, and detailed epics and stories.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and product delivery.
• Prepare release notes and update documentation as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or equivalent; Preferred Master’s degree.

Experience: 3+ years in product management/product design; experience with AI products is a plus.

Skills And Abilities

• Deep understanding of P&C insurance technology and ecosystems.
• Strong communication and agile delivery skills.
• Ability to manage complex product roadmaps.
