About Prescott Oy
As the Sales Director for Prescott Oy, you will be responsible for developing the overall sales and profitability of our PT trade. You will lead and develop our skilled and dynamic Key Account Management (KAM) team, and also be responsible for the field sales manager and field sales organization. You will work closely with the portfolio management and marketing organization and ensure delivery reliability in cooperation with supply chain management. Successful execution of this role requires building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as principals, customers, and other partners. You will report to the CEO and be a member of the leadership team.
Desired Qualifications
We expect you to have experience and strong track record in sales management roles within the FMCG sector. As a professional in the field, you understand how to build growth category- and customer-centric approach, and possess knowledge of PT trade customers and their operating methods. You are accustomed to leading from the front with your team and act convincingly with customers at all levels, and you already have a strong network in the industry.
Leadership and Collaboration
As a leader, you have the ability to inspire and coach the sales team and other parts of the organization, and you operate naturally and goal-orientedly in collaboration with various internal and external partners. Commercial thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven management are your strengths. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
