The Finnish Student Health Service (YTHS) is seeking a skilled, innovative, and forward-looking professional to join as a Digital Director. This new role, tailored for the YTHS management team, places you at the core of digitalization. You will be responsible for ensuring that YTHS customers and staff have access to modern digital solutions. You will contribute to promoting student well-being in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Reporting to the CEO, you will participate in the organization's strategic development.

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Director

• Implementing and continuously developing YTHS's digital strategy.
• Leading, developing, and maintaining responsibility for our IT architecture.
• Developing student-centric digital solutions to support staff in line with the defined strategy.
• Supporting and monitoring the use and adoption of our electronic transaction and service channels, as well as internal solutions.
• Responsibility for our information security policy, risk management, cybersecurity, and preparedness.
• Ensuring system scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Managing outsourced service functions.
• Acting as a direct supervisor for a compact team.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

• A Master's degree.
• Experience in digital development and implementation.
• Budget and financial expertise related to IT matters.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Valued Qualifications

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector and related digital systems and solutions.
• Experience utilizing artificial intelligence in process and service development.
