Position Details

Role: Visual DesignerType: ContractCompensation: $75–$90 per hourLocation: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality iconography and visual assets.
• Support creation and maintenance of icon libraries across sizes and themes.
• Develop pixel-perfect, grid-aligned icons that reflect brand identity.
• Document icon standards and usage rules with design leads.
• Translate product needs into visually engaging designs.
• Manage feedback to elevate design quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 4+ years professional experience in graphic/visual design across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing icon systems.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools.
• Strong grasp of vector construction, grid systems, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with design systems.
• Knowledge of design-to-development handoff practices and QA.
• Familiarity with 3D design and motion/animation.
