Role Overview

Position: Education Professional – Contract, Remote, Japan Commitment: 20 hours per week for approximately 2 months. Leverage your teaching and education expertise and language mastery to train AI models in the education domain.

Responsibilities

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex nuances in education workflows.
• Write fluently in both Japanese and English with precise terminology.
• Provide cultural insights specific to the Japanese education system.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to ensure content accuracy.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Japanese and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• 2–6+ years of professional teaching experience in Japan.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in delivering and creating assessments is highly desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus.

Engagement Details

This role is remote and asynchronous with a structured project environment. Work on your own schedule for 20 hours per week over approximately 2 months.
