Role Overview

This Management Consultant role is an independent contractor position offering flexibility. It is remote, requires 20+ hours per week for a 4-week duration, and involves collaborating with a leading AI research lab to benchmark and improve AI model capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and review consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation criteria.
  • Benchmark AI-generated responses against consulting frameworks and real-world standards.
  • Provide structured feedback on logic, clarity, and business rigor.
  • Conduct online research and synthesize insights from diverse sources to support evaluation.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to refine frontier large language models (LLMs).

Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates must have 2+ years of prior experience at top consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, strong online research and analytical skills, the ability to synthesize insights from diverse data sets, and excellent written communication with attention to detail.

Engagement Details

  • Competitive hourly rate: $90–$110 USD/hr with weekly bonus incentives.
  • Position is for an independent contractor with daily payment via Stripe Connect.
  • Fully remote and asynchronous schedule.
