Position: Social Services Expert
As a Social Services Expert at Mercor, you will contribute as an Expert Contributor on a contract basis. This role offers competitive compensation and a flexible commitment, allowing you to work independently while significantly impacting AI model performance.
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $40–$100/hour
- Commitment: 10+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design and execute tasks that reflect real-world interactions with AI systems.
- Claim tasks across key social services and public benefit services such as applying for SNAP, SSDI, and Medicaid.
- Write clear, realistic prompts for tasks and execute them, providing evidence of completion.
- Develop detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI performance on tasks.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

- Real-world experience in social services and public benefits.
- Ability to write clear, realistic prompts and evaluation rubrics.
