Position Overview - Signal Processing Engineer
This contract role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing audio signal processing algorithms using Python and C++. The candidate will architect simulation frameworks, build scalable audio processing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and optimize audio DSP algorithms.
- Develop simulation frameworks and data analysis systems.
- Collaborate with teams to evaluate audio performance.
- Document code, algorithms, and system architectures.
- Participate in code and design reviews.
Qualifications
Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field; 2+ years experience in software development using Python and C++; deep understanding of DSP concepts; experience with SQL/NoSQL systems; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred: Master’s degree or higher; real-time audio processing expertise; familiarity with audio measurement and cloud-based analytics; experience in large-scale collaborative environments.
