This is a contract position for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Science Portfolio.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive visibility and execution of key operational and transformative data science initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to identify long-term plans, priorities, and critical focus areas.
- Align technical roadmaps with organizational OKRs and business objectives.
- Develop and streamline processes for project intake and resource balancing.
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques to draw insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic discussions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 7–10 years of experience working with technical teams.
- Experience in data science, analytics, project/program/portfolio management.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Compensation & Legal
Compensation for this role is $95–$115/hour. Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
