Role Overview

Position: Biology Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (potential to extend to 40 hours/week) Duration: 1–2 months Join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab to contribute to developing AI systems replicating real-world workflows in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Biology outputs produced by AI systems for quality and accuracy.
• Create challenging problems in Biology to stress-test AI reasoning.
• Contribute to data generation and evaluation for large language models.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications: PhD in Biology or related field from a top university 2+ years of academic or professional experience High attention to detail and excellent communication skills Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate degree from the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe

Engagement Details

• Competitive hourly rate of $65–85 USD/hr
• Weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–100/hr
• Independent contractor with weekly payment via Stripe Connect
• Fully remote and asynchronous with flexible working hours
