This role is for a Red Team Specialist, focusing on the security of conversational AI models and agents.
Role Responsibilities
- Red team conversational AI models and agents to identify jailbreaks, prompt injections, and misuse cases.
- Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
- Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to maintain consistent testing.
- Document reproducibly to produce reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act on.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native-level fluency in English and French.
- Prior experience in red teaming, AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
- Strong communication skills to explain risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive on moving across projects and customers.
Preferred
- Experience with Adversarial ML, Cybersecurity, and socio-technical risk analysis.
- Skills in penetration testing, exploit development, and reverse engineering.
- Background in creative probing such as psychology, acting, or writing for unconventional adversarial thinking.
Compensation & Legal
This is an hourly contractor position, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
