Position: Project Coordinator II Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$65/hour Location: Remote; PST Only
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and manage in-market functional testing schedules from test setup through execution to launch.
- Communicate timelines and test results with international teams, vendors, and product designers.
- Set clear expectations across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze workflow pain points and suggest improvements with pilot processes.
- Make independent decisions under pressure with aggressive deadlines.
- Prioritize, triage, and escalate i18n bugs ensuring fixes before launch.
Qualifications
Must-Have: - Ability to work independently while aligning cross-functional teams. - Track record of launching products in multiple locales. - Experience in task prioritization and problem-solving. - Solid understanding of international product development challenges.
Preferred: - Experience in QA, Project Management, or User Research. - Familiarity with product and software development processes. - Experience with i18n best practices and concepts. - Background in hardware, AR, VR, advertising, or payments testing.
