Role Overview
Position: Public Policy Professional – Contract, Remote Commitment: 20 hours per week for 2 months Leverage your public policy expertise and language mastery to train AI models in the public policy domain.
Responsibilities
- Translate and synthesize complex policy frameworks into structured rubrics for AI training.
- Write fluently in both French and English ensuring accurate terminology.
- Provide cultural and policy insights for the public in France.
- Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have: - Native-level fluency in French and strong English skills. - Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or similar field. - 2–6+ years experience in politics, public policy, or think tanks. - Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.
Preferred: - Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development. - Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.

- Remote and asynchronous role
