Position: Project ManagerType: ContractCompensation: $55–$70/hourLocation: On-site only in Sunnyvale or Seattle

Role Responsibilities

The Project Delivery Manager will:

• Execute work assignments across vendor management and project outsourcing.
• Coordinate prototype project workflows and ensure customer fulfillment.
• Manage external manufacturing partnerships and maintain quality standards for CNC and 3D printing timelines.
• Process purchase orders and track order status for outsourced prototype work.
• Inspect vendor deliveries against technical specifications using tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Update vendor tracking systems and coordinate shipping logistics for outsourced work.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing operations, prototype shops, or supply chain coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T callouts.
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools for quality inspection.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication for vendor coordination.
• Experience with order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work on a shop floor environment and lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

• Experience in CNC machining or prototype manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing terminology.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and post-processing techniques.
• Understanding of shipping considerations for precision parts.
• Experience with ERP or job tracking software.
