Position: Product Operations Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75–$90/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Support program execution strategy for multiple product areas.
- Kickstart 0 to 1 efforts and accelerate execution.
- Collect and analyze product data from various sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Manage programs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Predict roadblocks and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Communicate rationale and updates clearly.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 8+ years experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management.
- Effective critical thinking and data leverage skills.
- Proven time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience with operational systems and tools.
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
- Experience resolving conflicts and setting priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience with reliability initiatives and data incident investigations.
- Ability to manage external vendors and partners.
- Skills in process design and improvement for incident detection.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data visualization tools.
- Ability to synthesize incident data for cross-functional teams.
Compensation & Legal
Hourly contractor. Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and related ordinances, qualified applicants will be considered with arrest and conviction records.
