Role Overview

Position: Policy Analyst (Public Policy Professional – Contract) Commitment: 20 hours per week for 2 months Leverage your public policy expertise and language mastery to train AI models in the public policy domain.

Responsibilities

• Translate and synthesize complex policy frameworks into structured rubrics for AI training.
• Write fluently in both French and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
• Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in France.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in French and strong written/spoken English.
• Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or similar field.
• 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, or think tanks.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.

Engagement Details

• Remote and asynchronous role
• 20 hours per week commitment
• Duration: 2 months
• Structured project environment with clear goals and tools
