Position: Public Policy and Language Specialist

This contract role requires a Policy Analyst to translate and adapt complex public policy frameworks into structured rubrics for AI training.

Role Responsibilities

  • Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex public policy frameworks.
  • Write fluently in both Korean and English with accurate terminology.
  • Provide cultural and policy insights specific to Korea.
  • Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have: Native-level fluency in Korean, strong English skills, degree in policy or related field, 2–6+ years experience, excellent writing and analytical skills.

Preferred: Experience with grading, instructional design, rubric development, familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
