Role Responsibilities
- Develop long-horizon admin and compliance tasks for insurance policy administration. Ensure tasks have deterministic rubrics and verifiable answers.
- Create scenarios for policy lifecycle including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure compliance with state-required notice periods and premium audits.
- Build tasks for certificates and documents. Focus on COI issuance and policy form review against defined issue lists.
- Design regulatory scenarios for state DOI filings and market conduct exam responses. Ensure ground-truth documented answers.
- Work independently to focus on challenging scenarios.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI labs to improve agent evaluations.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in policy administration, insurance operations, or compliance.
- Expertise in endorsement processing, premium audit practice, COI issuance, state DOI filings, or policy form review.
- Proficient with a policy admin platform like Guidewire PolicyCenter, Duck Creek, AMS360, EPIC, or carrier systems.
- Clear written communication. Ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
Preferred
- AINS, CPCU, or equivalent certification.
