This Partnership Growth Lead is a contract position with compensation between $45–$60/hour, offered remotely.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to analyze partner account performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for product adoption.
- Support partner performance, goal tracking, market trends, and forecasting.
- Identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and balance business objectives with technical and operational constraints. Resolve blocking issues between internal stakeholder groups.
- Handle the pace and ambiguity of a start-up environment.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management.
- Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem.
- Experience working directly with Entertainment partners.
- Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital, or Entertainment.
- Self-starter with strong operational background; comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience with Data Analysis and public presentations to a diverse audience.
Preferred
- Fluent in Spanish.
