Role Overview

Position: Biology Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (potential to extend to 40 hours/week) Duration: 1–2 months

Join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. Contribute to developing AI systems replicating real-world workflows in life sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Biology outputs produced by AI systems for quality and accuracy.
  • Create challenging biology problems to stress-test AI reasoning.
  • Contribute to data generation and evaluation for large language models.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model accuracy.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • PhD in Biology or a directly related field from a top university
  • 2+ years of academic or professional experience
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe

Engagement Details

  • Competitive hourly rate of $65–85 USD/hr
  • Weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–100/hr
  • Independent contractor status with weekly payment via Stripe Connect
  • Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours
