Position: Mercor Generalist

This independent contractor role is for evaluating AI-generated outputs and providing structured feedback to help improve model performance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide written assessments and structured feedback.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses in AI responses.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research and operations teams.
  • Apply consistent evaluation criteria with analytical judgment.

Qualifications

  • Strong English fluency and written communication skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail to identify subtle errors.
  • Analytical and critical thinking across various topics.
  • No formal degree required; curiosity and reasoning key.
  • Based in USA.

Start Date & Compensation

Immediate start with daily payments via Stripe Connect. Compensation ranges from $20–$30/hour for 10–20 hours/week, with potential to increase and duration typically 1–3 months.
