Position Overview
The Medical Expert role involves reviewing and validating clinical content, scenarios, and annotations for medical AI workflows. You will provide domain-expert feedback on model outputs related to nursing and patient care practices, advise on clinical guidelines and best practices, craft realistic clinical use cases, and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-clinical teams.

- Provide expert feedback on nursing and patient care practices.
- Advise on clinical guidelines, safety concerns, and best practices.
- Craft realistic clinical use cases and question sets.
- Communicate recommendations to technical and non-clinical teams.
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education degree and professional certificates (e.g., Nursing license, MD, PhD).
- 3+ years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Experience with clinical documentation and case review.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
