Type: ContractCompensation: $158/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 month initially, with potential extension
Commitment: 40 hours during the first week, followed by approximately 15 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Define standards for high-quality business research reports and executive communications.
- Establish best practices for evidence interpretation, research synthesis, insight generation, and recommendation development.
- Help create evaluation rubrics that distinguish exceptional, average, and poor-quality outputs.
- Analyse business questions generated by AI systems.
- Synthesise research findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Produce decision-ready reports comparable to research and insights deliverables presented to executive leadership.
- Review AI-generated research and reporting workflows for consistency of reasoning and recommendations.
- Evaluate accuracy of analyses and interpretations.
- Assess appropriateness of confidence assessments and quality of logical reasoning.
- Ensure executive readiness of final outputs.
- Provide detailed feedback and scoring rationale.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or customer research.
- Experience at Kantar, NielsenIQ, GfK, Gartner, Forrester, Circana (IRI), Mintel, Euromonitor, or a comparable research organisation.
- Expertise in survey methodology and questionnaire design.
- Experience conducting concept tests, message tests, brand tracking, or customer research studies.
- Experience producing executive-facing presentations and reports.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience across CPG, healthcare/pharma, financial services, retail, or consumer sectors.
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations directly to senior executives.
- Experience evaluating research quality, methodologies, and deliverables.
- Experience managing large-scale research programs.
