Position Overview: Mandarin Linguistic QA Specialist
This is a contract position focused on Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) expertise. The compensation ranges from $30–$50/hour. It's a fully remote role with an estimated duration of 2–3 weeks, requiring a commitment of 3–4 days per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations for medical accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems.
- Review approximately 100 conversations weekly to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Provide structured written QA feedback to improve communication quality.
- Identify and flag any linguistic or safety concerns for further analysis.
- Participate in daily end-of-day check-ins to discuss progress and findings.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native or near-native Mandarin fluency.
- Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred).
- Strong written feedback skills.
- High attention to detail.
