We are seeking a Management Consulting Professional to join our team on a contract basis, requiring a commitment of 10+ hours per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Break down end-to-end consulting workflows into precise task specifications and evaluation rubrics.
- Review and benchmark AI-generated outputs, including detailed market analyses and strategic decks.
- Create high-quality reference examples that meticulously reflect real consulting standards.
- Identify crucial gaps and errors within AI outputs; document specific failure modes and propose comprehensive improvement guidelines.
- Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and other contractors, leveraging shared documentation and tools.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of direct consulting experience gained at a top-tier firm or a well-regarded boutique.
- Strong, demonstrated familiarity with core consulting workflows and methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration and structured-thinking skills, essential for complex problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort with market sizing and conducting qualitative research.
