Position: Management Consultant (Strategy, Operations & Finance)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$150/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses and analytical frameworks.
- Build financial models, market sizings, competitive benchmarks, and unit-economics analyses.
- Synthesize findings into executive-ready deliverables such as decks, memos, and dashboards.
- Lead client conversations, workshops, and working sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Support implementation planning and change management where engagements require it.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, Big Four strategy arms, or comparable tier-1 boutiques such as L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger, or Parthenon).
- Strong command of at least one of: corporate strategy, operations/performance improvement, corporate finance, commercial due diligence, or go-to-market strategy.
- Excellent structured problem-solving, financial modeling in Excel, and executive communication.
- Comfortable owning workstreams end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent graduate credential from a top program is a plus.
