Role Overview

The Management Consultant - AI Benchmarking role is an independent contractor position, fully remote with flexible hours (20+ hours per week) and a duration of 4 weeks. You will collaborate with a leading AI research lab to benchmark and improve AI model capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and review consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation criteria.
  • Benchmark AI-generated responses against consulting frameworks and real-world standards.
  • Provide structured feedback on logic, clarity, and business rigor.
  • Conduct online research and synthesize insights from diverse sources.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to refine frontier large language models (LLMs).

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience at top consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
  • Strong online research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from diverse data sources.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Engagement Details

  • Competitive hourly rate: $90–$110 USD/hr
  • Weekly bonus incentives: $20–$100/hr on top of pay rate
  • Independent contractor with daily payments via Stripe Connect
  • Fully remote and asynchronous schedule
