Role Responsibilities for the Literary Specialist

  • Design rigorous literature-based tasks across genres, time periods, and analytical frames.
  • Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, interpretive depth, and alignment with academic standards.
  • Develop variations of prompts based on response length, tone, style, and intended audience.
  • Identify and document model failure cases where AI outputs lack insight or accuracy.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with peers and researchers through structured feedback and shared documentation.

Qualifications You'll Bring

Must-Have:

  • Advanced degree in Literature, English, or a related humanities discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in literary teaching, research, or publishing.
  • Strong grounding in both canonical and contemporary literary works.
