Position Overview

As a Lead Digital Marketing Strategist at Mercor, you will use proprietary tools to annotate and label data for sales and marketing projects, ensuring exceptional accuracy and contextual relevance. You will deliver curated datasets that mirror real-world scenarios in sales strategy and customer engagement, while collaborating with technical teams to enhance annotation workflows.

Role Responsibilities

  • Annotate and label data for sales and marketing projects.
  • Curate datasets reflecting real-world sales and marketing scenarios.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve annotation workflows.
  • Support training and evaluation of AI models.
  • Apply analytical reasoning to solve sales and marketing challenges.

Qualifications

Must-Have: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related roles; excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities; capacity for independent judgment; deep interest in technology, innovation, and commercial strategy.

Preferred: Certifications in sales or marketing, mentoring experience, familiarity with AI, data annotation, and model training processes, and comfort participating in recorded sessions.

Compensation & Legal

Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, with localized ranges for international candidates. U.S. applicants must reside outside of Wyoming and Illinois. Visa sponsorship is not available.
