The role of Korea Policy Analyst involves translating, adapting, and synthesizing complex public policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
Role Responsibilities
- Translate and adapt complex public policy frameworks.
- Write fluently in both Korean and English.
- Provide cultural and policy insights unique to Korea.
- Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have: Native-level fluency in Korean and strong English proficiency; relevant degree in policy or similar fields; 2–6+ years of experience in politics or public policy; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills; policy writing or academic publishing experience.
Preferred: Experience in grading, instructional design, rubric development, or familiarity with generative AI models.
